God has not only entered our world through Jesus; through Jesus he is also forming a community of healers who will continue his work, empowered by the same Spirit that empowered him. Luke 9 & 10 describe Jesus sending out his 12 disciples and then 70/72 others to continue his work of healing. Then Luke gives us a story to show just how simple this work is: people are healed by being us being good neighbours.
