We meet to connect with God using contemplative prayer, a prayer practice developed by Fr. Thomas Keating and Cynthia Bourgeault. You can learn more about this practice here.
Following 20 minutes of silence, the group practices a number of various spiritual practices including Lectio Divina and Visio Divina.
