Today, Jesus tells the story of three servants entrusted with their master’s wealth. Two take the risk of putting what they have been given to work; one, afraid of his master, buries his gift in the ground. Jesus invites us to consider the relationship between fear and trust—and what becomes possible when we trust the One who has entrusted so much to us.
