The Pastoral Care Ministry at St. Marks offers care to those who are ill at home, or in hospital, lonely or discouraged, those who cannot get to church, those who are undergoing personal crisis or those who are experiencing a challenge in their life and would benefit from the support of the caring Christian friend. We have a team of parishioners who regularly make visits to people in their homes.

In addition to our Rector, Reverend David Taylor, we have four Home Eucharistic servers who can offer a communion of reserved sacrament in homes, or hospitals. We also take individuals to medical appointments if needed. After our morning services on Sunday the altar flowers are distributed to those who would appreciate them. We also have a team of visitors who visit shut-ins regularly in their homes. We ask that these visitors make the commitment to visit on a regular basis.
