DESCRIPTION:Today\, on our Feast of Dedication\, the risen Jesus comes to h
is disciples behind closed doors and says\, “Peace be with you.” Then
he sends them out: “As the Father has sent me\, so I send you.” As we
give thanks for this church and all who have worshipped here\, Jesus remin
ds us that the Church is not only a place where we gather\, but a people s
ent into the world bearing his peace. I wonder where Christ might be invit
ing us to carry his peace.
