Reverend Billy Isenor will be formally inducted as the Rector of the Parish of St Mark Ocean Park Anglican Church with the Right Reverend John Stephens, 10th Bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster, presiding.
The Preacher will be Reverend Armand Mercier, the newly inducted minister at St Alban’s Richmond.
